In 1998, Karce International Holdings Company Limited, the holding company of the Group, was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Headquartered in Hong Kong with its production plants located in Dongguan, China, the Group has a workforce of over 6,000. The manufacturing process is carried out by the Group's production facilities for electronic calculators and electronic organisers located in Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. The production facilities are situated on a piece of land with a site area of over 86,000 square meters and currently comprise two factory buildings, an administrative building, three blocks of staff quarters, a canteen building and a guest house with a total gross floor area of over 65,000 square meters. Karce's competitive advantage is its ability to integrate and coordinate its highly skilled production team, state-of-the-art production equipment and sophisticated quality management to deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers. With headquarter in Hong Kong and advanced manufacturing facilities in mainland China, Karce currently has approximately 6,000 employees, including around 200 professional engineers in R&D team in Hong Kong and mainland China.

In 1994, the Group established the conductive silicone rubber keypads business to vertically integrate the Group's manufacturing process and to diversity its proudct range. Through its production facilities in Shatian Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, the Group sells and manufactures a wide range of keypads for computer keyboards, telephones, mobile phones, remote controllers, electronic game players, calculators and databanks, etc. Our products are used by well known international companies including Sharp, Sony, Toshiba, Motorola, Chicony and Uniden.

The production facilities for the manufacture of conductive silicon rubber keypads comprise 3 factory buildings, a canteen building and 4 blocks of staff quarters with an aggregated gross floor area of over 21,000 square meters and employ over 900 employees. The Production plant has a monthly production capacity of over 65 tones. In 1997, the production plant was awarded ISO 9002 Quality Certification.

The Group's production plant for printed circuit boards (PCBs) is located in Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. The production plan comprises two factory buildings and two blocks of staff quarters and employs over 600 employees. It fabricates single side and double side PCBs in a wide range of finishing. The products are used in a wide variety of electronic products including calculators, databanks, electronic game players, electronic toys, remote controllers, telephones, mobile phones, computers etc. It has a monthly production capacity of 30,000 square meters of paper pheonlic PCBs and 40,000 meters of fibre glass PCBs.
